occasional onshore requirements during times of standby and project requirements, 28 day/28 day rotation, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, criminal background check

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Subsea IRM, Supervisory Experience in Subsea, Supervisory Experience with offshore, Experience with controlling vessel operations during subsea (Diving, ROV or Survey, or similar) activities, Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel/MS Word etc. )

Nice to Have

Engineering or Technology degree, Years of experience will be recognized as a supplement to post secondary education, developing lift, facilitating MOC’s/HIRA’s, AutoCAD or Similar

What You'll Do.

Aid Project team in procedural development for offshore ROV

Create/Write Mobilization Plans/Managing Mobilizations/on deck

Create/write offshore work instructions as per DOF guidelines and Cenovus

On shift Operational Control directing operations on deck

per planned procedures/work

Completing / Signing off Procedures / work / closeout reports as

Completing/Writing Field Reports &

Completing/Generating and facilitating Lift Plans as required for

Creating/Facilitating Risk Assessments on board the vessel or

Facilitating and drafting MOC's as per Cenovus and DOF Management of change

Liaising with offshore Client

Liaising with Vessel or subsea Teams for aiding onshore project team with tooling designs/creation

Review offshore procedures (facilitating marine and subsea departments comments as necessary)

Updating documentation as required by project

Witness/executing and participation in Site Integration Testing

and Tooling Factory Acceptance Testing as required by onshore

Willingness to Learn basic rigging design and procedural writing

Supervise/Lead offshore operations (Control) as dictated by Client and DOF Onshore Procedures

Create Presentations as required for Offshore Operation Meetings

Facilitate Offshore Risk Assessments/Tool Box Talks/meetings as required by project operations

Work with Vessel Department Heads (ROV

& Survey) in completion of offshore operations

Supervise Mobilization activities as dictated by Project Team and Client operations

Supervise Project Engineers with planning activities during offshore operations
