Prior solar industry experience highly preferred, Experience within adjacent industries such as insurance, mortgage, home services, HVAC, roofing, or real estate cold calling is advantageous, Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs advantageous

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY** A fast-growing US-based solar lead generation business is expanding its offshore sales and appointment-setting team and is seeking a confident, energetic, and experienced SDR / Appointment Setter to support US operations remotely from South Africa. This business operates within a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment where speed-to-lead, professionalism, and customer engagement are critical to success. **ROLE OVERVIEW** This is a phone-heavy outbound and inbound appointment-setting role focused on engaging homeowners who have submitted interest in solar online. The successful candidate will qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and book qualified appointments directly into the CRM. When inbound lead flow slows down, the role will shift toward outbound follow-up activities, including re-engaging aged homeowner databases and following up with no-show appointments.
