Full Job Description

This role is responsible for personalized, one-to-one candidate engagement, ongoing CRM management, and supporting the placement process. The focus is on building trusted relationships with US-based professionals and ensuring the client can rapidly match candidates to roles. Over time, this role will also conduct first-stage candidate interviews. **Area of Focus** Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) & Allied Health Recruitment (USA) All recruitment activity will focus on professionals working in the ABA and allied health space, supporting autism and ADHD services across the United States. **Key role types include:** * Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) * Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) * Occupational Therapists (OTs) * Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) * Social Workers **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct tailored, one-to-one outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals. * Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates through consultative conversations. * Gather and record detailed candidate information (experience, licensure, role preferences, location, salary expectations, availability). * Maintain a highly organized and accurate CRM with clear tagging and notes. * Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for UK team-led interviews. * Conduct structured first-stage interviews (future phase) and provide summaries to UK recruitment leads. * Maintain a ready pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate or future roles. **Outcome Focus** * Strong, trusted relationships with ABA and allied health professionals. * A pristine CRM enabling fast, confident hiring decisions. * Reduced time-to-hire across autism and ADHD support roles.
