Your key areas of responsibilities will be: * Work in close partnership with government authorities to ensure that developing project fulfill the required processes successfully * Engaging with local stakeholders to understand their concerns, feedback, and needs, and ensuring these are addressed in a timely and effective manner * Developing and implementing community outreach programs and initiatives to educate local communities about the benefits of wind energy and the wind farm's operations * Designing, implementing and managing community engagement programs to ensure positive impacts on the local community and to demonstrate the company's commitment to social responsibility * Planning, organizing, and participating in community events, such as open days, town hall meetings, and educational workshops * Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of community relations activities, including stakeholder feedback, community engagement metrics, and commun
