Must Have
bachelor's degree, eight years of successful fundraising experience, demonstrated track record of closing significant investments and philanthropy, Commitment to embody, practice, and develop growth mindset skill sets, Documented success personally implementing sophisticated cultivation strategies leading to successful closure of six and seven figure gifts, commitment to producing measurable results combined with creativity in problem solving, Exemplary verbal, written, and editing skills, aptitude to understand and translate Pew’s mission and interests for donors and prospects with clarity, crispness, and effectiveness, Experience developing complex written materials in a short period of time, commitment to working in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment with respect for accountability and responsibility, Sound judgment and willingness to try new, high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the mission and objectives of the institution, Experience setting short-and long-term planning goals in line with program priorities, Highly organized and experienced at handling multiple projects while maintaining clarity of focus and flexibility in the face of organizational change and ambiguity, Proven research and analytic skills, capacity to investigate an issue, ask thoughtful questions and recommend possible solutions, Discretion in handling and securing confidential information, experience conducting oneself in a highly professional manner, Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in the use of software (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), capacity to learn technology used at Pew, including Salesforce and PeopleSoft if not already familiar

Execute assigned portfolio of prospects

Develop deep relationships with Environment program teams

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Set a primary goal to develop deep relationships with the Environment program teams; Work in conjunction with program staff; collaborate with, and refer prospects across the full organization; Work collaboratively with resource mobilization colleagues; Collaborate closely with Prospect Research and Portfolio Management colleagues; Participate fully in Pew’s Salesforce constituent relationship management and PeopleSoft financial systems, collaborating with analytics and administrative team members
Communication Scope
Exemplary verbal, written, and editing skills; aptitude to understand and translate Pew’s mission and interests for donors and prospects with clarity, crispness, and effectiveness
