Ensure risk screening is done

Ensure KYC is in line with standard
Submit financial statements to authorities
Apply for lease renewal
Apply for license renewal
Prepare liquidation documents
Arrange filings as per legislation
Prepare loan agreements
Prepare other agreements
Apply for Tax Residence Certificate
Assist Manager for project completion

Main Responsibilities * Attend to client queries on a daily basis and ensure that all emails are replied within 24 hours * Prepare resolutions, minutes, board meeting
