Must Have
1-2 years of working experience in the financial services sector, Knowledge of financial services legal and regulatory requirements, Knowledge of various structures and licenses in the financial services sector (GBL, Funds, Trusts, special activity licenses etc), Knowledge of platforms used by authorities and institutions in relation to incorporation and licensing of new clients, Microsoft Office Proficiency
Nice to Have
ICSA or ACCA or any professional qualification related to the Global or financial sector, Experience with Viewpoint, NavOne and iManage
What You'll Do.
Review due diligence documents
Liaise with clients for document collection
Assist clients to complete forms/questionnaires
Prepare Client Engagement Agreement/services agreement
Ensure seamless and timely onboarding process
Prepare for client creation
billing and verification
Ensure CERs are reviewed and posted
Ensure signatures of Engagement Agreements
Ensure completeness of data in iManage
Prepare physical files for handing over
Complete application on registrar of companies platform
Complete application on financial services platform
Meet agreed timelines for offboarding
Ensure CC applications/Winding up packs are reviewed
Provide general administrative assistance
