Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Communications, Education, IT, or related field)., At least 1–2 years of experience in e-learning development, LMS administration, training operations, or related support functions., written English and ability to format training content clearly and accurately., Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and instructions., Ability to manage routine tasks with supervision and meet expected timelines., organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation., Proactive, willing to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a structured environment., Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders., Basic troubleshooting skills when navigating LMS platforms or e-learning tools.
Nice to Have
Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, or other e-learning development tools preferred., Previous exposure to compliance training or regulatory environments is an advantage but not required.
What You'll Do.
Develop and format compliance e-learning modules using approved tools such as Articulate Storyline
and Vyond following established templates and standards.
Support updates to e-learning content based on instructions and regulatory or policy changes provided by the Compliance team.
Perform LMS tasks including user account setup
access rights configuration
and responding to basic system queries.
and maintain training materials in the LMS according to defined procedures and workflows.
Track mandatory compliance training progress using standard LMS reports and prepare summaries for Compliance review.
Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation submissions
and internal reviews.
Support routine testing of e-learning modules to ensure functionality
and proper formatting.
Respond to basic training-related inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
Maintain organized training records
and submissions in shared folders and designated repositories.
