Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ experience, Degree holder in law or any other equivalent qualification
Nice to Have
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, ACAMS orientated
What You'll Do.
Execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
Review documentation for completeness
Process standard investor onboarding files
Ensure data accuracy throughout the client intake process
Manage FATCA/CRS documentation requirements
Validate FATCA classifications
Verify Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) against IRS records
Process periodic reviews to maintain regulatory compliance
Monitor compliance requirements and deadlines
Perform basic risk assessments
Maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation to support organizational compliance objectives
Prepare regulatory reports
Maintain tracking systems
Document compliance findings to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness
Provide client support by handling routine inquiries
Maintain regulatory communication
Follow established escalation procedures for complex compliance matters
