Full Job Description

OFFICE & WORKPLACE MANAGER Full-time - Berlin - Onsite OUR MISSION FOR YOU At trawa, we believe the green energy transition starts with the people who make it possible, and that begins with where and how they work. We’ve grown from a small team to more than 100 people, and we’re still scaling. Throughout that growth, we’ve protected something we care deeply about: a beautiful office people genuinely enjoy coming to. Keeping it that way as we grow further takes someone who truly owns it - and that’s the role we’re hiring for. As our Office & Workplace Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone and welcoming face of our Berlin office. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly day to day and shape a space people are genuinely happy to walk into every morning. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership, real impact, and plenty of room to build. If this sounds exciting to you, we can’t wait to meet you! WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Keep the office running smoothly. You own the day-to-day: supplies, snacks and drinks, team lunches, deliveries and mail, and the upkeep that keeps both our office looking and feeling great. - Build the structure behind it. You’ll put real systems in place as we scale: ordering schedules, vendor management, an office hub in Notion, and clear, documented processes that people can rely on. - Make the office an experience. You’re the person who spots what would make someone’s day better and makes it happen - from small everyday touches to moments that build real community. - Raise the bar over time. You don't just keep things running, you make them better. You're always spotting what could be smoother, sharper, or more efficient, and you get excited by putting those improvements into practice. - Manage facilities and partners. You’re the main point of contact for building management, our cleaning team, suppliers, and other external partners, always with an eye on quality, reliability, and cost-conscious decisions. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You have 3+ years of
