Must Have

5 to 10 years experience in Office Management, Facility Management, Hospitality or Workplace Management, Successful team management experience, Experience managing multi-site environments, Experience organizing corporate events and client reception, Ability to manage service providers, Ability to track contracts, Ability to analyze performance indicators, Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, Strong service orientation and user experience sense, Ease of relationship building with all levels of stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple projects, events and operational issues simultaneously, Sense of continuous improvement, Ability to transform tracking data into concrete action plans, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

Support internal teams in organizing meetings
