Must Have
5 to 10 years experience in Office Management, Facility Management, Hospitality or Workplace Management, Successful team management experience, Experience managing multi-site environments, Experience organizing corporate events and client reception, Ability to manage service providers, Ability to track contracts, Ability to analyze performance indicators, Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, Strong service orientation and user experience sense, Ease of relationship building with all levels of stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple projects, events and operational issues simultaneously, Sense of continuous improvement, Ability to transform tracking data into concrete action plans, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

Act as primary contact for building managers and

Ensure excellence in services for teams and visitors
Monitor workspace usage
Optimize space occupancy
Measure employee satisfaction regarding spaces and services
Support internal teams in organizing meetings
Support internal teams in organizing seminars

Support internal teams in organizing cocktails
Support internal teams in organizing client events
Ensure impeccable experience for participants and clients
