Long shifts, Weekends, Closing shifts, Opening shifts, Must work on-site, Lifting heavy objects, Repetitive tasks, Light cleaning, Heavy computer use

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 1 year of supervising or managing experience, Ability to successfully multitask, Good computer skills, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in management, business or other applicable degree, Bilingual language skills

What You'll Do.

Manage team members in partnership with Practice Manager

Support patient-centric urgent care experience

Support overall functions of the site

Manage site performance and patient flow

Order medical and office supplies

Open and close the site

Assist Practice Manager with administrative responsibilities

Build positive communication with providers

Ensure staff professionalism and development

Manage team interviewing and performance

Collaborate with HR team on development plans

Maintain patient confidentiality

Interact with patients at discharge

Resolve patient disputes
