Full Job Description
Infleqtion is hiring a Facilities Office & Procurement Coordinator for our new Quantum Innovation Center in Chicago office. This person will support the day-to-day workplace experience for our Chicago team while also providing support for procurement activities across the U.S. organization. The role combines office operations, employee support, vendor coordination, purchasing administration, and documentation management. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities. This person will serve as a key point of coordination across office operations, procurement, vendors, IT, HR, and administration, helping ensure the office runs smoothly while supporting U.S. procurement processes. This is an in-office role, five days a week, based in Chicago, with reasonable flexibility for personal appointments when needed. **Responsibilities ** • Support day-to-day office and workplace operations in our Chicago office • Serve as a front-facing point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors • Help create a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment • Coordinate office supplies, snacks, beverages, catering, and lunch orders • Manage conference rooms, common areas, and general workplace readiness • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers on office-related needs • Support employee visits, meetings, and occasional external events • Partner closely with IT, HR, and Administration on onboarding support, workplace communications, and employee experience initiatives • Track office-related requests and follow issues through to resolution • Support workplace safety, office readiness, and general office presentation • Support procurement and purchasing administration for U.S. operations • Create and maintain purchase orders and procurement documentation • Support vendor onboarding and documentation collection • Maintain procurement records in accordance with company
