What You'll Do.
Provide Day1 Local Onboarding
Set up schedule for onboarding
Coordinate Visitor Visa Process
Assist with local benefits set up
Provide answers to employees on EarnIn programs
Support local TA efforts
Amplify local culture
Provide a local confidential voice for employees
Handle employee relations issues
Drive performance management
Ensure employees have needed tools
Ensure employees have needed training
Coordinate with L&D efforts
Assist w/ incorporation
Coordinate with vendor for provisioning
Coordinate with vendor for maintenance
Coordinate with vendor for procurement
Track procurement with vendor
Raise monthly expenses
Procurement of supplies
Onboard new employees
Set up welcome activities

Position Summary: As an Office & People Specialist at EarnIn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our company culture while ensuring that our people practices align with our mission and values serving as the local point of contact for the People Partner team in our growing Bangalore location. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong understanding of HR best practices, loves creating a culture where people know they belong, and thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This position will be based in Bangalore, India. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. What You'll Do: This role will function half as Office Manager and half as People Practices. The need is acute due to rapidly growing headcount in the India site, the need to improve productivity, and collaborate effectively across geographies (TMOM theme). People Practices Responsibilities: Provide Day1 Local Onboarding for India employees Overview of local office, access card Set up schedule for onboarding Coordinate Visitor Visa Process for broader EarnIn activities Assist with local benefits set up, and other duties as needed Deeper understanding of local customs, programs, and policies across APAC
