Inventory & Supplies: Proactively manage and restock office inventory, including kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages, and stationery. Vendor Relations: Liaise and build positive relationships with external service providers, including cleaning staff, couriers, building management, and suppliers. Facilities & Workplace Experience Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the functionality of office equipment (printers, coffee machines, meeting room tech) and promptly coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed. Health & Safety: Assist in maintaining basic workplace health, safety, and security standards, ensuring a safe environment for all employees. Visitor Management: Warmly welcome guests, candidates, and visiting international colleagues, ensuring they have an exceptional on-site experience. People, Culture & Events Event Coordination: Take a lead role in bringing our team together by planning and organizing weekly team lunches, office celebrations, seasonal parties, and cultural events.
