Temporary role from July - October, 2026, Onsite in Boston, Monday - Friday

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of office management, event coordination, or workplace experience, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

What You'll Do.

Own the day-to-day of the Fenway office

Maintain the cleanliness

and overall feel of kitchen

and manage mail and packages

Ensure the office is a place people actually want to come to

Plan and execute company events end-to-end

Lead conference and meeting logistics

manage catering for interviews and internal meetings

Serve as the on-site point of contact

Support employee experience initiatives in partnership with the People team

Help operationalize in-office programming

weekly all-team lunches

and the small touches that make Fenway feel like home

Manage vendors and build relationships

Interface with property management on work orders and space-related questions

Coordinate with caterers and service providers

Act as the go-to escalation point for anything office-related

Provide light administrative and event-day support to interview teams

and meeting organizers
