What You'll Do.

Establish localized shift scheduling systems

piece-rate compensation structures

and dynamic cost calculation models aligned with local culture and public holidays.

Identify and develop key local talents (Local Leads) to build an efficient cross-border communication target completion of the first batch of Local Lead selection and empowerment within 6 months.

Build local employee support systems including visa processing

and transportation arrangements to reduce expatriate employee turnover risks.

Manage recruitment and talent pipeline development for local full-time

and intern lead the establishment of localized recruitment channel matrices (LinkedIn + Dubai local recruitment platforms + university partnerships).

Establish a rigorous “Employee Lifecycle Management System” (covering onboarding/training stage

with clear productivity thresholds and “loss-control countdown” mechanisms to quickly identify and address underperforming employees.

Develop a workforce resource matrix based on employee skill tags and project experience to ensure precise manpower allocation and productivity optimization.

Build a high-turnover risk early warning mechanism to address local management scenarios such as mass leave requests during Ramadan and Eid holidays.

Fully manage autonomous driving data annotation projects

including pilot annotation

quotation simulation support

and large-scale production delivery for 2D/3D bounding boxes

semantic segmentation

point cloud annotation

Lead quotation simulation activities by providing productivity and capacity data as cost inputs for pricing decisions

while continuously tracking actual ROI performance.

Establish a real-time profitability monitoring system for the base

tracking ROI by task and strictly control operational costs (target labor cost ratio: 60–70%) to achieve overall profitability targets.

Familiar with key provisions of the Saudi Labor Law / UAE labor regulations

including visa systems

probation period regulations

and contract termination procedures.

Understand local social security systems and Saudization (Nitaqat) quota requirements.

Establish localized labor dispute handling procedures and preventive risk-control mechanisms.

Serve as the daily communication window with overseas clients and support regular quality audits and data compliance reviews.

Oversee daily administrative and logistics operations of the base
