This role serves as a key partner to the General Manager and leadership team, overseeing administrative operations, resident communications, compliance tracking, and front office functions. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a resident-focused environment. **What You'll Do** * Oversee the daily operations of the management office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and exceptional service * Supervise front office staff and help maintain a professional, welcoming resident experience * Prepare resident communications, notices, reports, meeting materials, and official correspondence * Support the General Manager with weekly updates, management reports, and administrative projects * Maintain contracts, warranties, vendor records, and critical community documentation * Coordinate Board, committee, and membership meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting packets * Serve as a liaison between residents, management, committees, and vendors * Assist with resident inquiries, account updates, online payment support, and community communications * Help manage community newsletters, social events, and resident engagement initiatives * Track key deadlines, contra
