Must Have

Achieve world class Total Patient Experience
Maximize retail sales
Support patients’ medical needs
Manage overall sales and profitability
Manage all operations of the location
Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE)
Drive revenue and profitability
Exercise independent judgment
Manage overall performance
Direct overall sales and profitability
Execute Total Patient Experience
Develop working relationship with doctor
Serve as liaison between doctor and team
Coach KPI scorecard results
Conduct performance reviews
Conduct compensation evaluations
Achieve revenue growth
Achieve EBITDA growth
Motivate team members
Maintain facility to corporate standards
Enforce HIPPA requirements
Enforce OSHA requirements
Handle hazardous material
Monitor cash handling policies
Enforce cash handling procedures
Submit financial documents accurately
Schedule team members
Conduct weekly meetings
