THE ROLE What type of work will you be doing: - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and thoughtful transitions. - Administer the annual recreation budget and develop programming that reflects the needs of a diverse, multi-location workforce. - Lead local employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the global People team. - Collaborate with Global Employee Experience to develop and implement a wellbeing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Execute onsite and virtual employee events designed to foster community and connection. - Support local employee relations and general HR business partnership requirements. - Champion community involvement and volunteer programs in coordination with office leadership. - Manage procurement and purchase orders for the People and Facilities functions.
