Full Job Description
Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to be part of this new location and contribute to its growth. About Us: Pacvue is the leading Commerce Operating System, unifying retail media, commerce management, and advanced measurement across 100+ global marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. Through Pacvue and Helium 10, our enterprise and SMB platforms, we empower over 70,000 brands, agencies, and sellers with AI-driven insights and technology to win in today’s rapidly evolving commerce landscape. At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don’t just happen — they’re built. Here, you’ll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that’s redefining the future of commerce. About the role: Pacvue is seeking an experienced Office Manager to own the full operational and technical footprint of our fast-growing Mexico City location. This role is the operational backbone of the office — leading everything from facilities and IT coordination to employee experience programs and executive meeting logistics. The Office Manager operates with a high degree of independence, exercises sound judgment on day-to-day decisions, and is accountable for outcomes across the full site. Additionally, this role will take on broader administrative responsibilities that support the business at large. Responsibilities: Event escalate only when issues exceed site-level resolution capacity. Proactively identify and communicate recurring or environmental IT issues — including ISP outages, physical security concerns, and hardware trends — to the ITSD to support remote troubleshooting and long-term resolution.
