What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of relevant experience, Office/facilities management, property management, operations, event management, program management, or similar roles that built the skills above, Demonstrated ability to own a function, respond well to feedback, and operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, Comfortable in an engineering-heavy environment, Ability to context-switch, reprioritize, and execute without needing everything to be perfectly defined first, Authorized to work in the United States, Capacity to perform job functions in compliance with U.S. export control laws

What You'll Do.

Own office experience end-to-end

Manage workplace operations

Manage food and beverage program

Coordinate with IT for technical support

Serve as point of contact for building operations

Manage landlord and property management relationship

Partner with IT/Security as office safety warden

Provide on-call support for building emergencies

Onboard new employees

Manage budget and vendors

Pick up ad-hoc responsibilities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work collaboratively with leadership, other support roles, and team members; Partner closely with every team from IT/Security to People to engineering teams; Engage actively with engineers to figure out how to host events; Partner with Finance on office operations expenses; Partner with People Ops to set up equipment and desk space

Communication Scope

Communicate reasoning transparently; Communicate with substance and transparency; Direct/async communication
