This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 day remote) About your Team: Interactive Brokers is looking for an Office Manager for our NYC office. This role will ensure that the facility is fully operational and meets our global standards. They will work closely with building management, IT, HR, Operations, and other internal/external groups. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facility. Ensure office is compliant with State and Federal regulations. Ensure all utilities are functioning properly (HVAC, Electric, Fiber, Water). Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work. Manage local physical security & safety policies and procedures. MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations. Inventory management of IT ancillary hardware and building materials. Maintain space management system. Assist with running local projects.
