Manage overall sales and profitability

Execute Total Patient Experience
Exercise independent judgment
Manage retail operation performance
Execute Total Patient Experience
Develop working relationship with doctor
Maintain working relationship with doctor
Serve as liaison between doctor and office team
Coach KPI scorecard results
Conduct performance reviews
Conduct compensation evaluations
Achieve revenue growth
Achieve EBITDA growth
Motivate team members
Maintain facility to corporate standards
Enforce HIPPA requirements
Enforce OSHA requirements
Handle hazardous material
Monitor cash handling policies
Enforce cash handling policies
Submit financial documents
