What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Management experience required, High school diploma or GED required, Proof of identity and right to work
Nice to Have
Industry related experience beneficial, Licensed Office Manager will possess a State Optician’s License for states where required, ABO, NCLE, LDO preferred
What You'll Do.
Achieve world class Total Patient Experience
Maximize retail sales
Support patients’ medical needs
Manage overall sales and profitability
Manage all operations of the location
Execute Total Patient Experience to drive revenue
Execute Total Patient Experience to drive profitability
Exercise independent judgment
Exercise discretion in managing retail operation
Direct overall sales of office location
Direct profitability of office location
Maintain good working relationship with doctor
Serve as liaison between doctor and office team
Coach KPI scorecard results
Conduct performance reviews
Conduct compensation evaluations
Utilize tools to achieve EBITDA growth
Motivate team members
Maintain facility to corporate standards
Monitor cash handling policies
Enforce cash handling procedures
Submit required financial documents accurately
Submit required financial documents on schedule
Execute day-to-day operations
Ensure team member scheduling is completed
Ensure weekly meetings are completed
Ensure report generation is completed
Ensure inventory assessment is completed
Ensure supply ordering is completed
Ensure team member training is completed
