What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of the office
Maintain office procedures
and administrative workflows
Coordinate office supplies
equipment maintenance
Serve as primary point of contact for administrative
Manage incoming correspondence
and client communications
conference room scheduling
Assist partners and firm leadership with special projects
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Coordinate recruiting activities
and candidate communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment-related documentation
Serve as resource for employees regarding administrative and
Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives
Utilize QuickBooks to assist with firm bookkeeping and
monitor vendor payments
