What You'll Achieve.

Industry & Context.
Favorable result on background check as required by state, Frequent walking (75%), Sitting (50%), Standing (50%), Regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Fine motor skills and full use of hands, Constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Management experience required, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Industry related experience will be beneficial, ABO, NCLE, LDO could be preferred
What You'll Do.
Achieve a world class Total Patient Experience
Maximize retail sales
Support patients’ medical needs
Responsible for the overall sales and profitability of an office location
Manage all operations of the location
Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors
Serve as liaison between doctor and office team
and development of team members
Coaching of KPI scorecard results
Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations
Motivate team members
Maintain facility to corporate standards
Monitor and enforce Company cash handling policies and procedures
Submit required financial documents accurately and on schedule
Execute day-to-day operations of the office
Team member scheduling
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location; Serve as liaison between doctor and office team; Coaching of KPI scorecard results; Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes or news in a supportive and constructive way
