Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of professional experience in office management, supporting senior leadership, and overseeing administrative and budget functions, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree and 6–10 years of directly relevant experience, Proficiency with Google Workspace, experience with Canva, experience with Asana
What You'll Do.
Oversee and support all administrative duties
and adhere to office and project-related budgets
Utilize advanced computer skills to create spreadsheets
organizational charts
Coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials
Provide other administrative support as necessary
Serve as a facilities liaison
Support field office openings
and licensing renewals
Plan and manage company events
Assist with special projects
and delivery of materials
