Based in our Berlin office and working closely with the global People & Impact team, you will be the backbone of our workplace - keeping things running smoothly, creating a great environment for our Brevonauts, and making sure no detail is missed. ## Your Impact at Brevo Own the day-to-day office operations: kitchen upkeep, supply management (including regular orders and ensuring the office always feels welcoming and well-stocked Manage all incoming post and office-related emails daily, and handle invoice scanning, organisation, and processing via Spendesk together with our finance team Track and report on office budgets, including event, supply, and travel expenses on a weekly basis Coordinate and execute employee events and initiatives: from weekly office lunches, monthly social events (Drinking Green, Morn
