We're looking for someone to own the day-to-day operations of our Miami HQ. As our first and flagship office, this is the hub where leadership is based and where our culture comes to life in person. You'll keep things running smoothly, support the team on-site, and make sure every person who walks through the door has a great experience. This is a full-time hybrid role reporting to the VP of People Operations. What You'll Do - Manage daily office operations including vendor relationships, supplies, mail/packages, and facility maintenance - Serve as the main point of contact for building management, service providers, and office-related employee questions - Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team events/catering for onsite staff - Manage office events calendar and partner closely with our Employee Experience Manager on company wide events - Support executive scheduling and on-site needs, including preparing for leadership visits and hosting - Partner with IT and People Ops on office setup and safety protocols - Own security procedures and emergency plans - Maintain current office policies and procedures - Process office expense orders and submit invoices - Help create a welcoming office environment that reflects our culture What We're Looking For Required - 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or a similar role - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment - Professional
