Job Description: The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and assigned remote locations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace for employees, customers, and visitors. This role partners closely with HR, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors to support business operations, employee experience, and high-visibility corporate activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across on-site and remote locations. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations, Facilities & Remote Locations Manage daily office operations, including space utilization, supplies, office snacks, mail services, and common areas Oversee remote office locations, including a warehouse facility and a WeWork location in Bellevue, WA, ensuring operational consistency and compliance Serve as primary point of contact for building management, WeWork community teams, landlords, and facilities vendors Coordinate office moves, buildouts, decommissioning projects, and vendor walkthroughs as needed Oversee maintenance requests, repairs, security access, and workplace safety procedures across all supported locations Ensure compliance wit
