What You'll Do.
Handle day-to-day office operations
Manage office supplies
Manage office equipment
Manage office facilities
Ensure meeting room tech readiness
Ensure desk tech readiness
Triage requests from feedback form

Act as first point of contact
Coordinate meeting rooms
Coordinate travel arrangements
Provide administrative support for events
Maintain accurate records

Liaise with candidates

Assist TA team with interviews
Assist hiring managers with interviews

This role would be a great early career role for somebody who is interested in HR and business operations to gain experience across a wide range of tasks.
