What You'll Do.
Handle day-to-day office operations
Manage office supplies
Manage office equipment
Manage office facilities
Ensure meeting room tech readiness
Ensure desk tech readiness
Triage requests from feedback form
Triage suggestions from feedback form
Act as first point of contact
Coordinate meeting rooms
Coordinate travel arrangements
Provide administrative support for events
Maintain accurate records
Maintain filing systems
Support talent acquisition process
Support recruitment administration
Liaise with candidates
Maintain applicant tracking system
Maintain recruitment documentation
Assist TA team with interviews
Assist hiring managers with interviews
Prepare offer letters
Prepare onboarding packs
Coordinate pre-employment checks
Set up new starters on HR systems
Set up new starters on benefit systems
Ensure smooth induction
Coordinate kit delivery for new starters
Organise welcome sessions
Provide first-day support
Prepare exit documentation
Coordinate exit interviews
Collect exit feedback
Ensure timely removal of access rights
Ensure return of company property
Maintain accurate leaver records
Process employee lifecycle administration
Keep Confluence up to date
Keep Confluence accurate
Act as first line for People enquiries
Handle working abroad requests
Handle HRIS questions
