This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation. Manage cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates. Support field supervision with seamless communication and logistics. Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications. Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work. Gain hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM). Qualifications Required: A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Preferred: Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment. Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling principles.
