Frequently exercises judgment with regard to appropriate chemical supplies and equipment to use for completing daily tasks.
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction., Must be physically able to lift 25-50 pounds frequently, and lift 51-100+ pounds frequent pushing and pulling of 10-50 pounds, and 51-100+ pounds frequent carrying of 10-25 pounds, and 26-50+ pounds occasionally., Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions., Exposure to fumes, dirt, noise, vibrations, equipment movement hazards, and electric shock on a daily basis., Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.

Must Have
Minimum of one year experience as a custodian or equivalent experience.
What You'll Do.
Performs a variety of cleaning activities designed to maintain the Corporate Office to ensure an orderly
safe and attractive condition.
mops (damp and wet) all areas daily and as steam clean or shampoo and extract carpets on a regular and as needed basis per manufacture recommendations.
Cleans and disinfects areas by washing furnishings
fixtures and equipment with germicidal cleaning polishes sinks
mirrors and similar spot wash walls
light switches and wash or clean windows and keep all debris in area picked up.
Maintains supply inventory for designated areas
prepares supply requests and consumption or usage reports as directed.
Collects and removes trash inside and outside of work area.
Replenishes assigned areas with hand cleaner
toilet tissue and other disposable items.
Maintains janitorial equipment
tools and storage areas in a clean
orderly and safe usable state at all times.
Fills out activity reports and maintenance work orders as required.
