We are looking for an operationally minded, hospitality-driven workspace champion to orchestrate the day-to-day ecosystem of our Bellevue office. Reporting to the Director of Executive Administration, you will be the definitive go-to resource and cultural anchor for 75+ daily local employees, visiting executives, and global partners. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day office operations, building management, and vendor relationships in order to coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensure the space remains highly functional and well-stocked, and strategically plan for capacity as local headcount changes. Own contracts and operational partnerships with local food, beverage, cleaning, security, IT support, and office supply vendors in order to manage the office budget effectively, track spend meticulously, and keep invoicing and approvals running smoothly.
