Your responsibilities will include: * Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak) * Validating employee hours * Tracking purchases, billing, customer accounts, and cash balancing * Paying suppliers and making deposits * Preparing sales reports as needed * Performing various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.) ## Qualifications To join our team, you need: * Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) ## Additional Information UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
