What You'll Do.
Provide support to the Site with operational activities in maintenance
accounting and finance
equipment and supplies
occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved
Coordinates vendor relationships
office cleaning and cafeteria services and invoice review
Work on tasks including space planning
workstation relocation
purchasing of office building supplies
and a wide range of facility support requests
Be aware of and comply with Information Security controls and activities in line with the defined policies and procedures and aligned with the Information Security strategy
Establish procurement procedures and maintain inventory of office supplies
Manage logistics of office reorgs/moves
Serve as primary point of contact for office-related needs including facilitating communication to staff about office-related changes and updates

Build relationship with vendors

This team is responsible for guaranteeing the proper functioning of workspaces and provide comfort to our BA.Monks. In this role as Office Assistant, you will have some mayor responsibilities: Provide support to the Site with operational activities in maintenance, cleaning, operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
