Job Summary The Office Assistant supports the Office Administrator by providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job Responsibilities Support daily office operations including reception, hospitality, and facilities upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment (meeting rooms, kitchen, common areas). Process expense reimbursements and reconcile the Office Administrator’s corporate credit card. Assist with tracking budgets and expenditures. Serve as a point of contact for building-related matters (maintenance, parking, access, event space). Coordinate mail handling, office supply ordering, business cards, name plates, and directory updates. Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate travel arrangements. Provide backup for administrative support and serve as office operations lead when needed. Support internal events and special projects, including office renovations.
