Support daily reception operations
Coordinate visits and guide visitors
Organize business trips
Record entries in ERP (SAP)
Manage calendar and schedule meetings
Provide secretarial support
Collaborate with internal & external partners
Support corporate events
Collaborate with PA for coordination
