Must Have

Previous experience in a similar role (reception or administrative support), Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (written and spoken), Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Ability to organize calendar and coordinate meetings, Analytical thinking and organizational skills, Results-oriented and communication skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of an additional foreign language, Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP), Experience in managing a call center

What You'll Do.

Welcome visitors and partners

Manage call center (Greek & English)

Manage incoming/outgoing mail

Manage company communications

Support daily reception operations

Coordinate visits and guide visitors

Organize business trips

Record entries in ERP (SAP)

Manage calendar and schedule meetings

Provide secretarial support

Collaborate with internal & external partners

Support corporate events

Collaborate with PA for coordination
