Company Overview Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U. S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview The Office Administrator role is responsible for performing functional and administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis in support of the company's operational needs. This role supports smooth office operations, such as reception functions, resource supply, and excellent customer service. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day office activities, such as meeting coordination, catering meals, and vendor management. This person should have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. This position will report to the Director of Labs and Facilities. Responsibilities Office Operations Receive and direct guests and phone calls. Manage access for guests (procuring badges, collecting NDAs, etc.) Provide support for company events. Submit service requests to internal facilities, building facilities, and janitorial staff. Familiarity with the safety protocols and plans. Standing member of the safety committee. Provide back up for shipping and receiving functions. Collect and distribute mail. Facilitate normal office and breakroom operations.
