What You'll Do.
Manage mail distribution
Facilitate in-office event setup
Provide first-line support for office-related issues
Maintain office appearance and organization
Maintain supply inventory
Escalate facilities issues
Support adoption of Compass technology
Provide 1:1 support for technology
Answer basic marketing support questions
Create collateral from templates
Liaise with marketing specialists
Answer basic technology/device questions
Troubleshoot conference room hardware
Troubleshoot enterprise systems
Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance
Prepare sales meetings
Send office-wide communications
Create and implement change
