What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

organizational and time management skills, Excellent attention to detail, Effective communication and people skills, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
What You'll Do.
Assist walk-in customers in a professional and timely manner
Handle all inbound phone calls and route or resolve inquiries as needed
Coordinate and support employee orientation and onboarding processes
Complete accurate time entry and recordkeeping
Maintain and manage project logs
Operate computer scanners and imaging software for document processing and record management
