Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, ideally in technology consulting or software solutions implementation., Demonstrated experience leading and building teams or business units, including recruitment, development, and scaling capabilities., track record in commercial and sales leadership, with responsibility for revenue targets and KPIs., Experience in leading large and international project sales processes., ServiceNow experience and networks in the Finnish market., Over 5 years of consulting experience, with a balance of strategic advisory and hands-on delivery., An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work hands-on in delivering projects when needed, while maintaining strategic leadership., communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior client levels., Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute the ServiceNow strategy and go-to-market plan for the Finnish market.
Own sales targets and revenue KPIs for the ServiceNow offering.

We are looking for an experienced Offering Lead to build and lead the ServiceNow offering and practice in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the ServiceNow go-to-market strategy together with functional leads in Finance, Risk and HR consulting, and leading the growth of our ServiceNow practice in the Finnish market. Your responsibilities include owning sales targets and revenue KPIs, building and developing the local ServiceNow team, and driving client engagement and participating in project delivery. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our ServiceNow offering and influence how the team evolves as we scale. ServiceNow is a Nordic offering, and you will join a team of incredibly dedicated, ambitious and great colleagues.
