Develop and implement maintenance sales approach and offering; Analyse related KPIs; Propose improvement actions; Support rollout of KW programs; Train sales teams in usage of sales- and sales management tools; Support sales teams in optimizing dimensioning by sales role and in assigning clear responsibilities; Support sales teams in analyzing internal and external data for sales planning and supports in completion of high-quality sales plans; Contribute to local offering and pricing development; Support in coordinating Unit’s improvement activities and development programs; Support in rollout of KONE Way (internal projects) sales programs; Support in implementation, ramp-up and ramp-downs products and new releases; Support in marketing activities and campaigns and in creation of material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying and communicating KONE benefits and advantages of maintenance offering; Support in demand planning and forecasting from frontlines to supply lines (repairs & spares)

Must Have

Full Job Description
Purpose The Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist supports Maintenance Offering and Sales Development Manager in developing and implementing maintenance sales approach and offering in a frontline. You will analyse related KPIs, proposes improvement actions, supports in rollout of KW programs and trains sales teams in the usage of sales- and sales management tools.
