Eligibility Requirements

Must have access to reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred. Must have valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record. Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently. Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Must be 21 years or older. Requires 1-3 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beers, wines, and spirits. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must live in the assigned territory with access to reliable transportation (large vehicle preferred). Must possess a valid driver's license, a registered and insured vehicle with a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check. Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently, and climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice to Have

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous retail or off-premise work experience is a plus.

What You'll Do.

The Off Premise Beer Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, volume, and brand presence within a dedicated territory by increasing product availability and visibility through distribution, display execution, and cooler resets.

This role involves building relationships with distributor personnel, conducting sales calls, developing creative solutions for account needs, and ensuring proper product inventory and shelf standards.

The representative will also promote brands through special events and sampling, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Build relationships with distributor personnel to ensure market goals are met. Work closely with local distributor manager and distributor personnel to collaborate on goals and objectives and ensure proper product inventory. Maintain open communication with field and HQ.
