200-mile radius travel, Up to 75% travel, Physical lifting, Bending, squatting, crouching, Reaching, climbing, kneeling, stooping, Arrange and display point of sale, Lift and move cases, Work weekends and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 21 years or older, 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience, Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Must live in assigned territory, Must have valid driver's license, Must have registered and insured vehicle, Must have clean driving record, Must be able to lift and move cases of product, Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop, Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Previous retail or off-premise work experience is a plus, Large vehicle preferred
What You'll Do.
Ensure success of sale
Ensure rate of sale growth
Ensure brand presence
Increase product availability
Increase product visibility
Build relationships with distributor personnel
Travel within dedicated territory
Call on distributor territories
Travel to additional markets
Support distributor crew drives
Identify new opportunities for distribution
Identify new opportunities for upsell
Secure multiple SKU distribution
Secure cooler visibility
Establish weekly schedule of account appointments
Conduct distributor work-withs
Develop creative solutions for account needs
Collaborate on goals and objectives
Ensure proper product inventory
Maintain store shelf standards
Maintain store inventory
Execute point of sale programs
Promote premium brands
Conduct special events
Provide brand education
Maintain open communication with field
Maintain open communication with HQ
Maintain records for reconciliation
Ensure compliance of regulations
