What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven leadership experience in product management, marketing, or business development within a global, matrixed organization, program and project management skills, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-regional initiatives, Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies, Deep domain experience in HVAC/R, with specific expertise in centrifugal applications required
Nice to Have
Experience working across Asia and/or Middle East & Africa markets preferred, Significant experience in product management or new product development strongly preferred

Join our team and start your journey today! ## **Job Description** ## Reporting to the VP/GM, Global Commercial HVAC, this role is responsible for defining and executing the Oil-Free Centrifugal (OFC) strategy across APAC and IMEA. The Program Leader will drive alignment on product roadmap, program priorities, and development execution, ensuring successful delivery of new product initiatives and regional growth. ## This role operates at the intersection of global product strategy and regional market execution. It partners closely with the global OFC product organization to deliver on worldwide development objectives while ensuring regional market needs are fully represented.
