Webafrica is on the hunt for a Contacts Agent in our Order Fulfilment team that is particular about process and obsessed with customer service. A spunky character who is keen on maintaining strong working relationships with customers – and suppliers of course – and who knows how to read the customer's needs before they even think of them. A psychic in this regard, if you will.
