Position Overview: As an OEM Specialist , you bring advanced technical knowledge and practical experience in welding and thermal spray technologies, enabling you to provide high-value products and solutions tailored to the needs of OEM clients. What You’ll Do * Identify and pursue new OEM customers. * Create and execute strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts. * Build strong, trusted relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders. * Provide technical guidance to help end-users reduce wear and equipment failure. * Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs. * Offer hands-on technical support and troubleshooting. * Understand, assess, and validate customer needs proactively. * Resolve customer issues and manage escalations quickly and effectively. * Negotiate deals and manage key account relationships. * Meet sales targets and support strategic growth goals. * Forecast and track key account metrics. * Travel to customer sites (50%–70%).
